One Piece Bandai Candy Toy: Dressrosa Box
Finally more candy figures from Bandai. I really do like picking these up when I can, but they often sell out so fast. This set is the final part of Punk Hazard and the Beginning to the Dressrosa Arc we are currently enoying.
I liked the lineup and the outfits for this set so I was happy to see it hadn't sold out by the time I got around to picking these up. Simply I had to have tiny Doflamingo and Aokiji.
Let's get this party started, first off we have Sanji, Luffy, and Nami who all happen to look great.Next up are Momonosuke, Baby 5, and Chopper, all of which are really too cute (Momonosuke is especially well sculpted for such a little guy).
Finally the stars of the box are Doflamingo and Aokiji, two of my favorite characters!
The extra special note to this box? Two secret characters that are "Ice Colors" Doflamingo and Aokiji. Really a nice surprise since color variations don't happen too often past separate metallic sets.
Aokiji looks like he is activating his ice powers, while Doflamingo looks more like he's ready for a 90's esque party.....Although these colors would work really well for him as a character as well XD
All in all a great little set, I'm hoping to pick up the next box in the near future.

Figuarts Zero: Killer
It's been a while since I did a proper Figuarts Zero review so lets take a look at a pretty neat supernova: Killer.
Here is the box, and wow do I love this design. It has the stripes like Killer's helmet along with the Figuarts Zero scroll work seen around the windows of the box. My favorite part is the bright neon orange of the lettering. It's really eye catching, like most of the Figuarts Zero boxes.Freshly popped out of the plastic killer doesn't have his blades attached. He has his base with his name, dead or alive, and the Kidd pirates jolly roger on the base.
I always like seeing how the clothing and the hair are done on these figures. For Killer it stays quite true to his character design. His DBZ-esque hair in particular is quite the draw for this figure.
Adding on his blades really completes the figure. These were really difficult to put on in all honesty. The attachments for the blades were slightly too large along with being oddly soft. Basically it takes time, but it's worth it.Even from the back, the blades look intimidating. Really like the details for his chaps as well. Man Killer, that's some great hair.....
Here are some detail shots. I really like the hands and the weapons on Killer's figure. My favorite might be the metallic paint on Killers helmet.
I don't have any sour opinions on this Killer figure. All of the elements work well together, and the sculpt and paint are solid. If anything this figure doesn't look as active as it could be, but I like it being static.

Furuta Choco Egg: Animal Crossing figures
Can anyone guess what I've been playing lately? Yep! Animal Crossing New Leaf on my 3DS XL. I gotta say, while I've never fully played the previous games, this one has me completely addicted. It's the perfect game to play while waiting for a friend, or just before going to bed at night. I love the variety of characters, goods, and customization.
Again, a main part of this game is enjoying the characters. So when I saw Furuta's Choco Eggs were going to come out with a line of the little guys I had to pick up a box. Here is the box below:
Animal Crossing New Leaf is called とびだせ どうぶつの森 Tobidase Dōbutsu no Mori or Animal Forest: Jump Out, in Japanese.I'm sure most people recognize the little boxes that Choco Eggs come in. For anyone that isn't familiar with buying a set box, you get 10 individual little boxes. Don't be fooled though, Choco Egg characters are notorious for being difficult to collect. You'll never get a full set of characters out of one of these set boxes. The Choco Egg boxes are always random, and a person can easily get 3 to 5 of the same character out of one of these set boxes.
I love the designs on the boxes. They really fit the theme of the game, and show off the characters you can get. I really enjoy all of these little guys so as long as I didn't get too many repeats I knew I was going to be happy.
So tiny! Here is a size comparison with my Kanji.
The wrappers on these are always shiny and adorable, plus the chocolate tastes good.
Here is my set! Reese, Cyrus, Isabelle, Kapp'n, Tom Nook, K.K. Slider, and Digby.I'd say the average height for these guys is about and inch to and inch and a half, or 4 to 5 centimeters.
Being such small figures they do have some missed paint spots, and like all Furuta Choco Egg figures, they feel waxy and slick. They look wonderful as a set though! Like I said, doubles are bound to happen, and I suddenly have a trio of Nooks at the end of my openings.
Hope this was interesting, I should be back to more Sunday posts this for this summer. I'm looking into filming some reviews just to change things up. Thank you again for reading!

One Piece P.O.P.: Tony Tony Chopper Horn Point MAS
It's been a while! So that means it's time for another figure with a long title: Excellent Model Portrait.Of.Pirates ONE PIECE "MAS" Tony Tony Chopper Horn Point 1/8 Complete Figure. The new line of P.O.P. are "MAS" which stands for "Motion Ability Statue" as the newer figures are supposed to be more action oriented poses.
Here is the box, and yes, it is a large one. Being a foot tall (30 cm) means it will be pricey shipping wise. This box is clean with light blue colors and bold white on brown lettering. I like that Chopper's boxes seem to always come with the 'X' shape on one of the windows.
As a "MAS" P.O.P. this means it won't come with any additional parts. This is fine for collectors like myself that find the one pose and keep figures that way, but not good for collectors that like to swap out parts. I just really wanted a super cute figure of Chopper's new Horn point anyway!
Here he is in the plastic hold that kept Chopper safe in the box, and the first look at the hot pink base! I actually really dig it, it matches Chopper and looks different from previous pale pink bases.
The horns really are the best feature on this figure. I can't believe how close to the manga/anime they match. I'm not even worried about the figure leaning with these because it feels so balanced with the mass of hair in the back of the figure.
The molding on all the separate parts are a nice combination. The clothes crease realistically, and the fur is shaded and sculpted out really well. The fur on his arms looks different from the mane flowing down his back. I'm liking the details on Chopper's hooves as well.
Size time! Here is Horn point Chopper with his Brain Point Chopper from the Figuarts Zero line. With the Large Horns he is a over 8 inches (20 cm) tall, so it's important to make sure you have room for this guy. While I can get him to stand without the base, he is much better on it, plus it looks good. So that's all! it's rare for me to pick up a preorder P.O.P. but I couldn't pass this guy up. Pre owned versions should be hitting amiami soon, and well as a couple of sale ones in the future.

Chopper out of the box! He reminds me of Luffy in this form and I guess that's what I love about it. He just seems strong/capable as well as lovable in this point, and I wish we saw it more often in the manga/anime. The combination of the pose, details and proportions are fantastic! What a cutie~
